Responsibilities
Applying hair color, highlights, and other coloring techniques under their guidance
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and offer suitable recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use
Stay updated on the latest hair color trends and techniques to continually enhance your skills
Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client
Required Qualifications
Completion of a cosmetology program or equivalent certification
Basic understanding of hair color theory and application techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients look their best
Desire to learn and grow within the field of hair coloring
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a salon environment, even if not specifically in hair coloring
Familiarity with various hair color products and tools
